Explore the canal by using #10 stainless steel hand files
#15 stainless steel hand files
Use OPEN FILE to open canal. Speed 300RPM, Torque 3.0N
Irrigate, then expand a glide path by M3-PATH FILE #19. Speed 300RPM, Torque 2.0N.
Use X1 to prepare to work length, Speed 350RPM, Torque 1.5N
Use X2 to prepare to work length, Speed 350RPM, Torque 1.5N
Use X3 to prepare to work length, Speed 350RPM, Torque 1.5N
X1, X2, X3 use a gentle inward motion, with short 1-2 mm amplitude strokes, until it does not easily progress anymore.
Every time you change the file, please ensure irrigate the root canal copiously and frequently with lubricants, such as EDTA. (very important!!)
